The shop was well laid out and the staff were very friendly. They even made me a cup of coffee to warm me up on a freezing cold day. Once the member of staff explained to me about the colour codes of the mattresses I was left to browse without being hassled but new the staff were there if I had any queries. Once I decided on my bed I was not hassled into buying any further items.

This was our first visit to Dreams. We had superb service from Margaret. She was highly knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice about our new mattress. Overall she made the experience very simple and we were very satisfied with our new mattress. Would definitely come back again!

We were Greeted by a friendly helpful staff member named Derrick. He quickly made us feel welcome by offering assistance but also allowing us to browse and discuss our thoughts with them. With his guidance we felt secure in the knowledge that we have picked the correct products for our needs. When processing the sale we were offered tea, in addition to this we were also offered things we hadn't even thought about, pillows, bedding and accessories etc. Thank you dreams very much looking forward to a good nights sleep.

There was no waiting for assistance. we were greeted at the door. Our purchase was for our son who has learning difficulties and Margaret, your salesperson, immediately directed her questions to him making him feel completely involved in the choices available. This was our second visit to your store and again we were impressed by the knowledge of your staff - we learned a lot about mattresses.

Very straight no hassle

Excellent service by Margaret. Friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue was that I had to wait some time before a terminal was available for Margaret to then place the order. Suggestion would be to add another terminal so no waiting time required as the end to end time to place order is time consuming. I went to the shop on Saturday morning so I expect the shop would have been busier later on. All in all excellent service and the main reason for choosing Dreams was the assembly service which is a really good selling feature. Look forward to receiving the bed!! thanks Lesley

Paula who helped me to select my mattress and confirm all the details for my new bed and mattress was very helpful and friendly she gave me space and time to select what I liked with no pressure she was very helpful and knowledgable about the product she was also honest with her advice! I was very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend others to buy from the shop.
