The staff member Margaret was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the products and recommended us a mattress based on our needs. We were provided with water and comfortable pillows with which to treat the beds. She also recommended us the pillows based on her own experience of them.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who answered our questions and we were able to complete our purchase quickly and efficiently.

We were given plenty of time to explain what we were looking for and details of the various mattresses and headboards were fully explained to us. Information about taking away the old bed etc was offered to us. I went back to Dreams a day later to confirm the order for a headboard and again found the staff very helpful and well informed. They were able to look up the details of the original order on the computer very quickly and add the headboard to the first order. Thank you.

WAS IN A BIT OF A RUSH AND THE SALES ASSISTANT MARGARET WAS GREAT TELLING US WHAT WAS INSTORE AND INFORMED US OF THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATRESSES.

I went into the Glasgow Paisely branch to look at new mattresses. I was served by Neil who was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly and gave me all the information I vould need. He was very knowlegable and honest in goving me advice.

Sales assistant was very patient, we had a small child with us who wanted to try all the beds and this could’ve been annoying

Purchasing a second bedside cabinet to match one already purchased a few years ago - salesperson very helpful - also helped out with demonstrating mechanism of drawers which we had a problem with existing furniture - nothing too much trouble
