Service Assistant, Margaret, informative, highly knowledgeable and efficient.

Friendly helpful service offered refreshments on at least three occasions, and knowledgeable staff.

The sales assistant had great knowledge of the products for sale and listened to our particular needs to enable us to purchase the ideal mattress.

I visited Dreams at Abbottsinch retail park and was served by a gentleman called Frances who was very courteous patient and professional he dealt with my order very efficiently and my overall experience was very good (as was my cup of tea)

From the minute we stepped into the store the customer service, knowledge and friendliness of the assistant was impressive. We saved a lot of time deciding as he walked us through trying out the different types of mattresses first then told us about going to the colour coded area of our preferred mattress. We were not rushed into making a decision and encouraged to try each mattress out with a pillow. Any questions we had were answered fully. There was no pressured selling either. Our previous mattress was bought from Dreams and although it was pricey it lasted longer than guaranteed for so we were not disappointed in our purchase at all. On this visit we have invested in a mattress for our son as well.

The staff member Neil at the Paisley store was excellent. He spent time to explain how to test the beds, gave us different pillows to try to ensure we got the best experience. He also gave us time to think and try without hovering over us. The store was extremely busy and he did have to see other customers however he made sure that we were ok and arranged tea and coffee for us and juice and colouring in for my kids. He walked us out to the car afterwards to help with the duvet etc I couldn't fault any of the service or indeed any of the staff we met that day, they were all excellent.

This is the second time i am making my purchase with dreams. First i am impressed with the quality of the Bed Frame which i bought last time. so this time also i got the similar bed frame for good price. The store staff was Neil was very helpful during the overall time we spent in the store. I have recommended couple of my friends who was looking for purchasing furniture to check in dreams.

Francis the store colleague was very knowledgeable about the beds we were looking at. He also showed myself how to open and close the bed. Although for me it was slightly difficult. He explained that their team could assemble and take away our old bed for cost. That was great news for us as it saved us a lot of time and manpower. Francis let us decide which bed would suit us there was no pressure to buy , I think that is a great asset to have in your team.if someone is too pushy you tend not to buy. The ordering process was so simple and hassle free.it was so relaxing . We were offered tea or coffee. Lovely gesture. Would buy again from Dreams.

Sales advisor was helpful not "pushy". Very matter of fact ordered bed and mattress quickly and effiently.

I was in the store to purchase a new bed and mattress for my 11year old son. Neil was very helpful in pointing out suitable beds and mattresses as well as making my son feel very welcome and a special purchase. He gave us ample time on our own to look around the store and then directed us to a selection of beds which were in our price range as well as suitable for my son.
