Francis was extremely helpful and patient during my visit to dreams in the abbotsinch retail park. He was available to answer all my questions and gave me time to think about my purchase. I felt completely at ease and under no pressure whatsoever which is wonderful compared to other companies that pressure sell.

Expertise of the staff, who were not pushy but knowledgeable.

The price we paid for our bed was very good due to the sale promotion. The sales assistant was very helpful without trying to force a sale from us.
