Margaret was really nice and knew her stuff about beds etc

Neil was brilliant, he took time to understand what we were looking for and helped us understand the options that were available. He made a stressful experience fun and easy. Neil's great explanations about how the mattresses worked were very informative. He never made us feel that we had to rush our decision, he offered to make us a cup of tea while we tried out several mattresses.
