The Salesman Neil went out of his way to help me try and choose mattresses and pillows and guide me too. He was excellent.

I was asked if I required assistance, which I did, the sales assistant David, listened to me, and directed me to the relevant section where he advised me on my product, and the varied beds, also the quality of the goods, asked me to try out for comfort before buying. advisor very friendly and helpful.

The sales woman Paula was so friendly and helpful, she gave us all the time to try the bed (adjustable) and different pillows. My husband made a joke; a bout getting a cup of coffee and she offered us coffee and even a bisquit. What a lovely lady. I think maybe because of her we spend more than planned but we are very happy and can't wait for our new bed to be delivered. Both me and my husband think that Paula deserves a bonus !!!

Store assistant Francis was very sympathetic with our needs. My son suffers from chronic sciatica and Francis also has back problems. He was able to advice on the type of mattress required (as advised by my son's chiropractor). There was no rush or hurry will my son tried out various mattresses and pillows. A very productive and reassuring experience.

I was served by David who was so friendly and understanding; had enough time to go and measure my bedroom. Looking forward to the delivery in January to see if it looks the way I saw my bedroom suite. Thanks hope my dreams come true on my new bed.

We were served by Neil Ferguson who was extremely professional although he had only been with dreams for a short time. His product knowledge was excellent and he was a very pleasant man. We decided to go for two mattresses and when we went to finalise our purchase a lady called Margaret made us a lovely cup of tea. As he was fairly new he asked Margaret to check everything he had done on the paperwork and she approved it as perfect

Impressed by the quality of service and knowledge of the sales assistant, Francis. To the point and gave us time to re-try our chosen product and discuss between ourselves without feeling preasure. All in all a pleasant shopping experience with the quality, choice and assistance we required.

Both members of staff whom seen to me were ever so friendly and very knowledgable. Margaret seen to me as soon as I entered the store and made me feel welcome. Another man in store (can’t remember his name) understood my needs and took the time to advise me on some suggestions. They let me make my own decision and merely provided me with guidance. Fantastic customer service by both. When I returned the following day Margaret was very personable and knew everything about what I was looking for. Excellent customer service from both.

The Dreams assistant (Neil Ferguson) was a very enthusiastic salesman and even though a new member to Dreams he had a good knowledge of the products plus he listened. His colleagues supported him with the sale (as he is new) and this all made for a positive experience.

Staff member Derrick very friendly cheery and extreamly helpful. He listened carefully to what I was looking for then taking this into account he happily showed me all options avail to me within the store. So many options gives me many questions which derrick was capable of answering fully. He was patient & understanding. Keeping me smiling throughout my visit.
