Paula the girl that served me was excellent I walk with two sticks and she was very attentive to my needs. she new exactly what I was looking for.

This was the first time I had visited the Dreams store in Paisley. I was very impressed with the size of the store and the range of goods on sale. The assistant, Francis, was very friendly - he even gave me a bottle of water while he was completing the paperwork. I would definitely return to the store if I needed anything else for my bedrooms.

David was very knowledgeable and help,he understood our requirements and showed us the best options.

Paula was excellent. She explained the difference in mattresses and then gave me space to try beds without interference . When I was ready she was very helpful and offered me a bottle of water which I was very grateful for.

David was so helpful when we were looking for our TV bed and gave us time to decide what we wanted to do in regards to paying the amount due. He did not rush us and didn’t force us to do anything or take out any added extra costs but did let us know these were available. He left us to discuss things which I’ve found a lot of other sales assistance don’t and these can be private matters. David was fantastic during our purchase of one of your beds and mattresses so thank you David!
