The assistant took time to understand our needs and was very knowledgeable about what products you had and the pro’s and con’s of each.

A gentleman named Francis helped us. We liked his relaxed style- he was very helpful without being "pushy". He explained everything to us in a clear, concise manner. He was extremely polite and greatly enhanced our overall experience in the store. 10 out of 10, Francis!!

Excellent service and information on the product from the shop staff and there is very good delivery time for my product. With my experience in dealing with the Dreams shop staff. I will return next time, if I require another Dreams product.

We were not pounced on by an assistant as soon as we entered store but this suits us. Assistant showed us how to find products suitable for us, then came back once we had had a look around. She listened to what we were looking for and immediately took us to the item we wanted. No pressure - and we went off for a coffee (although we had been offered one instore) to make our decision. On our return the assistant (Paula) came back, checked that we were happy with the product she had shown us and the sale was completed.

I used to be a customer of benson beds but since the service from Dreams, I will never go anywhere else, very professional staff with excellent customer service skills

There were members of staff available for advice and help. We were looking for a mattress for our guest room and we did not want to spent a lot of money. A mattress that was in the sale was recommended. We walked around the store and we did not feel under pressure to buy. We bought the mattress that was suggested after we tested it out. We also bought two pillows. Our mattress was delivered on the correct day and the delivery men were very efficient. I would recommend Dreams to family members and friends Mrs Reidy.

Francis was really calm in his approach and not too pushy at all, more like a knowledgeable friend. Lovely guy that made the buying decision for us easy.

Paula was extremely helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to buy. She let me take the pillows off the stand and try on a bed similar to my own at home which was a great help in choosing the perfect pillow for myself.
