We where looking for an adjustable bed for our disabled son, which, we still wanted it to look like a ordinary bed ( not a hospital bed ). Margaret was the sales assistant that approached with a great friendly professional manner and importantly as the demonstration went on she showed a greater deal of product knowledge. Margaret's awareness of our son's needs where spot on, even taking into consideration the use of a hoist that would enable him to try out the demonstration. The price breakdown and information gained about disabled tax relief was brilliant, but not the reason for buying the bed. It clearly was the fact that Margaret encompassed all our information to help support our son's needs. We left the shop feeling that this was the correct decision to go for this product. On leaving the shop we headed over to Benson for beds just to enquire whilst we where there. On entering Benson for beds the unhelpful sales assistant by contrast to Margaret's knowledge and friendly approach could not have been any different in fact appalling from the sales assistant in Benson for beds. She just was leaving and just asked us for our details to which she would get back to us, terrible.

Walked into the store with a rough idea of what I was looking for.. after a quick wonder around I was approached by David to see if he could help me choosing a mattress and frame. He helped greatly and was more than willing to answer any questions with a friendly attitude, he also showed good knowledge with products in the store. Overall a great experience and was key factor in deciding what bed to purchase.
