Salesman gave us time and space to peruse the products and encouraged us to try the different mattresses. Able to mix and match products to get the bed that we wanted.

My husband and I were assisted by Margaret. We were made welcome and she was interested in our wishes and happy to provide information. Margaret was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She made the whole transaction a pleasant and positive experience.

The assistant Margaret new us right away from the last time we visited the store and approached us in a very nice manner (WHICH WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED). A bit different experience from when we were in curry's/pc world which after spending 20 minutes in the store no one even approached us, so thank you. Margaret new what we were looking for and pointed us at a couple of beds and mattresses which she thought might be right for us. Me and my wife spent around an hour in the store and Margaret looked after us the whole time, she listened to what we were looking for and found the right bed, mattress and headboard, which we finally purchased. I would certainly recommend any of my friends or family to buy from Dreams and most of all from Margaret.
