The assistant, Margaret, was so helpful and engaging. She was polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble. She didn’t pressure me into buying any particular product, but rather, she demonstrated really good knowledge. She listened to my needs and empathised with some of the issues that required me to buy a new mattress.

My fiancé and I came into dreams (Paisley retail park, Glasgow) to look into buying a mattress for our new house together. Neither of us had ever bought a mattress before so our knowledge on products was very limited. We had seen some good deals online elsewhere but were unsure of the technical terms when it came to mattresses so decided to come into dreams to test some out. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable on all the products. They explained the differences in each mattress and found us products best suited to our needs. They were super patient while answering all questions and while we tried out the mattresses. We even tried the sleep machine which was a great experience. We originally came in just to look at a mattress but ended up leaving with a mattress, bed, duvet, mattress protector and pillows as well. The team really helped sort us out on our journey of furnishing our first home. Will definitely be recommending this branch to friends and family.

The man who served us, Francis was calm and helpful. He did not hassle us but offered genuinely useful insights into how the beds were constructed. He offered us bottled water at the till and his conversation was pleasant.
