The assistant listened to what we wanted and directed us to suitable products. She answered questions and was helpful. We did not feel pressurised to buy something we did not want.

Friendly happy people.....and we had a cup of tea.🙂

Staff were friendly and helpful, was able to go though the order process without any problems and delivery is a litter sooner than I expected.

The Staff at the Paisley store were all very friendly, had a good knowledge of the product range and made us feel highly valued as customers. Paula, who we spent most time with was very good indeed. But the whole team interfacing with the public are a credit to the business.

We were highly satisfied with the Colleague Margaret who welcomed us in to the store and was cheerful and put us at ease, she helped us with our purchase and was very knowledgeable about all the products and let us try as many choices as we needed and even made suggestions for us to try and could answer any questions we had without having to check, She also offered us a refreshment while we were placing our order and going through the paperwork, everything was explained to us and she checked we were happy and understood everything, She thanked us for our custom and said if we had any questions or problems not to hesitate just give her a call.

I purchased a bed for my son and the assistant was so helpful and very knowledgable in my needs that a few weeks later I went back to same assistant to purchase a further bed for my inlaws
