We met someone from your shop and shown the types of bed we were looking for and explained about different mattresses and other details. We were asked if we would like a tea or coffee, I found this a nice gesture. We were passed on to another colleague who helped us with our order, he was very helpful getting us a date for delivery, showing us bedding pillows etc, which we purchased. Your staff are excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this shop to others.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, also knew each product inside out. Very happy and impressed with the assistance we received and the staff.

We shopped around a lot of stores and I can saw that the Dreams customer experience was by far the best. From the layout of the stock and the process of narrowing it down quickly by colour coding was a major value add. Rebecca shone as a very professional, knowledgable colleague who made us feel welcomed , supported and in a non pressured way. We met about 10 colleagues during the search across numerous competitor stores and Rebecca stood out and I wouldn't hesitate to use her / Dreams again. Was easy and smooth process

I was served by Paula in Paisley. I wasn't sure what I wanted and not sure of the difference between all the different types of mattress and I gel and memory foam toppers. Paula explained the different types and what the key benefits of each were. This enabled me to narrow my choice down and I selected the perfect mattress for my needs. Paula also explained the 40 day return policy which reassured me as my partner was not with me when I selected the bed and mattress. Paula also worked out total prices for a selection of combinations of bases the mattress selected and headboards which helped me make the best choice for my budget. I had intended visiting some other bed shops but was so pleased with the help I got from Paula that I just bought all I needed on the spot

Margaret provided great assistance during our purchase. She was in no way pushy for us to buy the bed, instead, allowing us a simple, kind and thoughtful purchase (especially when it came to mattresses). She was also very nice and we were happy entering into store to see she was there on our second visit too. Thank you very much, Margaret!

Assistant listened to what we wanted, showed us various products and explained the colour coded covers then left us alone to try the beds. When we were ready she came back to answer our questions, no hard sales pressure. Had nightmare experience with competitor but Dreams restored our faith in retailers. More expensive than others but worth it, you get what you pay for ! Very pleased with quality of base, headboard and mattress. Would use this company again and recommend them to others.
