Paula was very knowledgeable of the products and very friendly, took time to explain various products and made it easy to find what was best suited for us.

I was greeted by Margaret when I entered the store, she went through a lot of things that we needed to know about the layout of the store and the different types of mattresses. She then backed off and gave us time to our selfies which was great. We browsed the store at our lesuire. Margaret checked in with us at several points through our shopping but not in our face. We got something that we were happy with. Never felt pressured at any time. Lovely lady and chatty.

David whom served me gave me all information I asked for on the spot giving me the confidence to complete purchase and ensured that the items where correct for me and my needs. Giving information on the spot and not needing to double check on anything and proved what he was explaining whilst serving me was brilliant. Other staff engaging with me as well as David was really welcoming and couldn't see myself shopping anywhere else for my future purchases for my family in the future. David was an asset to the store and couldn't thank him for his help anymore. Brilliant service

David the assistant was very helpful even providing pillows to ensure that I made the correct choice, he allowed me plenty of time to decide and put no pressure on me to opt for the more expensive option ( which in the end I did but that's my decision). Ordering was easy and I left the shop feeling that I had received good service and had managed to find what I was looking for.

I like to give credit where credit's due. I was very happy with the excellent service I received at your store at Abbotsinch Retail Park, Paisley. Margaret was super efficient. Although I arrived at the store near to closing time, she took the time to show me the beds that were within my price range and encouraged me to try each of them out. She even provided me with an appropriate pillow to suit 'side sleepers'. After I made my choice, Margaret was very thorough in her explanation to me of the terms and conditions of the sale and the Dream's offer of a 40 day trial. I was offered a delivery date of my choice which was great, given that I didn't want the mattress to be delivered until a further 2 weeks. All in all, I was delighted with my in-store experience.In the lead up to delivery, I have been kept well-informed with delivery date reminders and so on. I was also given my delivery slot by text the day before my delivery which is very useful. My mattress has arrived today, during the time promised and your delivery drivers were also extremely efficient and pleasant. I would give Dreams 10/10 for a 'dream experience' I can't wait to try out my new mattress! Thank you!

Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Not pressured into buying. Able to answer all my questions and make recommendations based on the information I gave. Time to choose coverings and extras suggested but no pressure to buy.
