I have purchased a bed before from your store in Linwood and was very satisfied with the product I purchased then. The store assistant Francis was very approachable and friendly.

On entering the shop we were made welcome by a member of staffand were asked if we needed any help just to ask

The salesman Derrick was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He understood what I was looking for and helped me find the product I needed. The store was busy at the time but he seemed to get to all the customers and help them to find what they needed. My visit to the store was quick and pleasant because the salesman was very helpful.

The staff were friendly not over pushy but very helpful when we asked for assistance. Paula was our dreams colleague and she went through everything with us step by step and explained the colour coding for the mattresses ,which ensured we got the right one,we would recommend dreams to our friends and family.

Our adviser Margaret was knowledgable but took time to let us decide for ourselves also. She was a great help in purchasing our new bed

We knew the bed we wanted and just needed help picking a mattress. We were given plenty choice and experienced a range of mattresses.

I was welcomed into the store by Derrick and Rebecca on the Saturday and they spend a lot of time with me as I wasnt sure what I wanted having never bought a new mattress before. I couldn't decide and went away to have a think, I felt no pressure to buy. I returned the next day still not sure and Rebecca spent more time with me and I finally made up my mind. I also took the finance option, cover plan mattress protector. The staff were kind and well informed and very patient! Great shopping experience and cant wait to get my first new mattress!
