Very polite and knowledgeable assistant, took time to listen and recommend he hopefully right product, only problem was a lack of computer to finalise the sale , this took longer again because the store was busy, and one of the two computers wasn't printing documents.

Excellent customer service

Came into buy a child's bed and a king size mattress, unfortunately they didn't have stock of children's beds, Frances did advise the closest dreams shop but I wasn't prepared to travel even further, however we where successful in purchasing a king mattress, our previous mattress had been great so I had the equivilant to that, frances was fab in fact all the staff where great, especially when you've got a 5 year old with you trying out all the beds, his going to save his pennies and buy the bed with the tv.

Staff very helpful but not over powering and in your face allowing us to wander round the store and make a decision on our bed and mattress.

Prompt service and very friendly staff

The assistant was very helpful from the start but, more importantly, allowed us the time to discuss our options in private. She (Paula) was very courteous and professional without being effusive or intrusive.

We browsed with no intrusion from staff. This changed immediately we asked for help. Rebecca your assistant was probably one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and her product knowledge was superb. If she is the standard of Dreams then you are to be congratulated. We would have no hesitation in recommending your store. The branch we visited was Abbottsinch retail park.

Margaret assisted me in the Dreams store in Paisley with buying a new mattress. She was so welcoming and friendly, gave me all the Information I needed then left me to have a look round and make a decision at my own pace. I'll definitely be back, thanks.
