Staff in store were excellent in understanding my mothers needs

We were delighted with our visit to Abbotsinch Dreams. David was friendly and knowledgeable, narrowed down our search instantly to 3 beds then left us to it. Very happy with our new mattress, even got an extra discount - win win!!

Pleasant, courteous, helpful staff. The staff were keen to meet my needs in terms of comfort, support and accessibility of the bed rather than pushing the more expensive items. We were offered refreshments on a number of times during our visit. We were also offered the opportunity to discuss between ourselves the options open to us which allowed us to consider these without prejudice. Over all a very pleasant experience during which other staff entered into the discussion in a helpful manner. Despite my physical limitations the staff treated me as an equal and were not condescending in anyway

Staff were very helpful, listened to exactly what I wanted and helped us find it. Also pointed out other discounted products which i needed which saved me money. 10/10

The staff were excellent (Derrick and Paula) They were very welcoming, offering us drinks (tea, coffee, water) and very patient, taking time with us to assist us with our purchase, and showing us options that we had not considered prior to coming to the store. We were very pleased with the service we received and based upon Derrick and Paula's friendliness and helpfulness, we will recommend this store to our friends.

Easy to order with good knowledge from staff on what we needed and why and no pressure sales technique.

Went in to store just to have a look. Friendly approach of salesperson, opened us up to different beds than we were originally looking at. Trying out the beds, discussing entry date to property we are moving to in relation to delivery. Overall an easy, informative visit which resulted in the purchase of a mattress we are delighted with.
