Shop was very clean. As soon as we started to look around at the mattresses (we knew what we were looking for), the shop assistant Francis came over to help. He explained about the different types of mattress you can get, and what in his opinion, would be good mattresses for us. He then left us to discuss, look around and make our decision.

Store assistants were helpful when explaining the store layout and made it easier to narrow down the mattresses we were looking for. Sore assistants were helpful when placing the order and completed the purchase quickly.

Derrick approached me as I was heading to the back of the store and asked if he could help. I had slept the night before at my friends on a Kaymed mattressa and it was so fabulous I wanted to get one for myself. They were out of my price rage unfortunately and Derrick explained how they are put together and offered me some less expensive alternatives. I tried a few of them and chose the one I liked best. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and willing to take time out for me to understand the making of a mattress. Super service.

Was approached right away, asked our needs, shown where to look explained what was upstairs. Left to look around then re-approached and was very helpfull. Didn't feel pressurised to purchase anythin, advise given very helpfull.

The store had exactly what we were looking for and I found all the staff but in particular Margaret who served me to be friendly, approachable without being pushy and very knowledgeable about the products. I was even offered a coffee whilst waiting for a computer to become free to process my order, all in all a very enjoyable shopping experience.
