The member of staff was highly knowledgeable friendly and patatent as where buy 3 beds the girl took time with not just us but our teenage girls aswell to make sure our choice suited all of us

I had bought in this store a few years ago from Mandy and it was this experience which made me return. This time David was very informative and efficient.

The Sales Assistant, Margaret, knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to provide us with a price within minutes, which was not our experience earlier at one of your competitors.

We were given time to look around before sales assistant came over and provided valuable information.

Assistant was helpful. He left us to browse until we were ready to speak to him. Nothing worse than a sales assistant breathing down your neck!

david the advisor was very helpful as this is my first time buying a bed and didnt know much and was very patient and help ke loads to find the bed a really wanted and didnt feel preasured in anyway way and he was very friendly and knew alot of the products in the store so was quick to find what i was looking for and im so happy with my new bed cant wait to get it . fab service !!!

Rebecca was extremley helpfull and gave us time to decide after giving us a very high level of knowledge into the mattress we had looked at We prefer a mixed mattress and rebecca found exactly what we wanted

I was very impressed by the Dream's employee I dealt with (Rebecca) during my visit to your Paisley store. She was very friendly, extremely professional, very knowledgable and most importantly she made you feel important and valuable as a Dream's customer.

We actually visited the store twice, first to check things out and then later to make the purchase. Francis, the salesman there, was just great. He played a big role in us visiting back to buy the products. He was polite and keen to answer any questions and help us through the various choices between tempur and pocket spring beds as well as firmness levels etc. Overall a very pleasant experience.
