Both Margaret and Derrick couldn't have been more helpful an asset to the company and the price and quality of the products were really good

Warm welcome and introductions on entering store with no pressure from sales team. Margaret was very helpful and helped us make the right choices. Explained all procedures well concerning insurance an delivery and even made us a cup of tea.Would definitely recommend to Dreams to family and friends and will return in the future.

My daughter and I were greeted by Margaret, who offered her assistance with location, price, delivery and quality of products without any pressure, very helpful and friendly. I returned 2 or 3 days later with 2 of my daughters and again Margaret assisted us with my purchase of mattress and bedroom furniture. It was a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the whole experience was a pleasure. Well done Margaret and Dreams.

Margaret the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful with any question we had on the items we purchase, she offered us coffee, tea and even water if we preferred, nice touch whilst making our choice. All in all we has a great experience in your store which was made even better by Margaret and her knowledge and helpfulness and very nice manners, I will definitely be recommending this branch to my son and two daughters whom are just setting up there own homes.

Staff and atmosphere were both friendly and inviting

Francis was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us decide between different mattresses. He offered various prices and explained the difference in each one so we could compare easily.

The sales person at Abbotsinch (Margaret) was helpful, friendly and full of humour. It was an excellent shopping experience.
