Dreams colleague Francis was very helpful.he help me find the right mattress and at a price I could afford.all in all very helpful and friendly.

Speed of the process. Would have like delivery more when suited me but know can't always happen. Would prefer cost to be lower....lot of money but that is cost

We walked in not thinking we would order something as we are still looking around just to get ideas. Instead we ended up ordering a bed today.

Service was efficient and helpful and we got a very good price.

Went to the store unsure of the what was the right product for me as have a bad back. The store assistant took the the time to listen and recommended various products which we tried out, he was extremely knowledgeable and I did not feel that I was being sold to which is an instant turn off.

I bought my previous mattress 12 years ago from a major nationwide department store. Comparing that experience to this is like chalk and cheese! From being given pillows of our choice, guidance to the colour coding of the mattress we would be likely to prefer and all the time we wanted to try out an array of mattresses in the store. Margaret gave us space to test each one, but also plenty of information about the different types available. Knowing that we can exchange our purchase up to 40 sleeps later seemed to us to be the perfect reassurance in the hopefully unlikely situation that we were displeased with our selection.

The sales girl Margaret is worth her weight in gold., no pressure to buy and every aspect of the purchase explained. Its rare nowadays to receive good old fashioned customer service and this girl has excellent communication skills.I would return to your store again and recommend it to a friend
