The sales person was quick to attend. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being intrusive. He answered my questions right away and he was courteous and friendly.

Of all bedshops I visited Dreams had the best range of wooden bed frames on display. Staff also took time in store to show me further items available on website. I visited the shop on 3 occasions leading up to purchase and found all staff encountered equally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of product range. On purchasing items Margaret patienty explained the resulting paperwork.

The assistant was friendly from the start of my visit, she timed coming over to assist me just right, I wasn't left to hang about, nor did she pounce on me the minute I entered the store. The assistant was knowledgeable about the products. I purchased a mattress that was hand made and was made in Britain, which pleased me.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and patient- I'm very indecisive and I never felt rushed or pressured. I asked quite a few questions which staff answered with ease. I also explained to the gentleman who was helping me that the only real thing I knew I wanted in a bed was something that kept me cool and he explained all the options, what would be best and even showed me a pillow that was designed to keep you cool.

our server was knowledgeable of the products and talked us through everything we needed to know. he was also very efficient as our 10 month old baby was beginning to get bored and grumpy. we will highly recommend.

I was attended to immediately and was able to order what I wanted very quickly.

OUR SALES ADVISER, DAVID, COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. FROM ENTERING THE STORE WE WERE MET WITH TWO HAPPY SALES PEOPLE SAYING HELLO, AND DAVID EASILY AND HAPPILY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND HELPED US TO MAKE THE DECISIONS ON THE MATTRESS WE NEEDED , BY LISTENING TO OUR NEEDS AND PROBLEMS WITH SLEEPING, ANSWERING AND BACKING UP WITH TECHNICAL INFORMATION. WE DIDN'T FEEL PUSHED UPON AND WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL THE HELP GIVEN, AND WERE TALKED THROUGH THE SALES PROCESS EASILY AND QUICKLY. LOVELY MAN AND AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. WE'VE ALREADY BEEN TALKING ABOUT GOING BACK TO GET THE OTHER THINGS WE NEED FOR OUR NEW HOUSE AS HE WAS SO HELPFUL.

I was offered a mattress that was an ex display for the same price as the one I was going to purchase but the ex display was much more high quality and more expensive

The staff (Derrick and Margaret) were very friendly and helpful, showed me beds that would suite me (I was also choosing a bed for my mum) then left me to decide what I wanted before going over all the details with me, I was also offered a drink of water.

Have puchased a mattress before and was very pleased with comfort and quality
