Great customer service in the Renfrew Store. Francis was very polite and a great help to us. Nothing seemed any hassle and was happy to answer the questions we had. Will return to this store.

Colour coding for mattress types very helpful to quickly identify the right once. Staff helpful, competent and relaxed.

The service I received from young Derrick at the Abbotsinch branch of Dreams was exceptional. Totally clued up on everything I asked about. It was a total pleasure to be greeted by Derricks welcoming me to the store. His Smile, smartness in appearance could not be folded. The service I got was totally brilliant. Staff were very helpful,knowledgable and very friendly too

There were 5 in our family party from the youngest being 8 to the eldest being 87 with mobility problems who had specific needs in a bed with us requiring a king sized mattress and another requiring a small double. All received advise according to our needs with youngest being entertained we all were offered refreshments including tea and water. The service offered was efficient and courteous

We were given time to look round the store and were offered the appropriate assistance without being too in your face. Products shown all met our requirements and the prices and quality were good. Assistant, Francis was most helpful and friendly.

The assistant, Margaret, was very helpful explaining everything about the guest bed I chose, showing how the slats fit under the mattress and helped me choose a mattress to suit my needs

Francis sales assist (Santa :-) ) is a gentleman who knows what he's talking about, wasn't sure what a pocket spring mattress was but he advised me and helped me in my decision. Very polite and patient and gave me and kids bottle of water :-)
