Rebecca looked after us. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and not pushy. Rebecca was very helpful and let us take our time and gave us good advice and also gave us time on our own to talk and make our minds up.

The overall feel of the store its products and helpful member of staff made it a pleasant experience.

Excellent friendly service

Really impressed with Margaret who looked after us while we were there. She gave us lots of time to try out mattresses without any pressure and without being intrusive or making us feel rushed. Just the right balance of friendly not pushy!

Our sales adviser (Margaret) took the time to listen to our needs and was able to recommend suitable products without us feeling pressured. Additional items were made available but not so as to make us feel we were being 'upsold'. Purchase is to tie in with moving house and every effort was made to accommodate our delivery requirements

My daughter and I visited your store in Paisley on two consecutive days in order for my daughter to purchase a bed. On the first day we met your assistant Rebecca who showed us your range and gave us valuable advice. She advised my daughter to lie on a variety of beds in order to get an idea of what would be suitable for her. We were very impressed with her friendly nature, her product knowledge, and the time she spent with us and patience which she showed. My daughter and left the store to consider what her choices were. We went back to the store the next day, met Rebecca and were pleased to receive the same level of service. We purchased a bed and all accessories.
