Staff was excellent

The store was clean, bright and well laid out. We were approached and greeted as soon as we entered the store, but then left to wander and try out some products - which was great because we'd have probably walked out if there had been an immediate attempt to sell stuff to us. After a good amount of time, David approached us and asked about our requirements. We told him and he recommended one of 3 mattresses as being most likely to suit our needs, showed us where they were, then went away again to let us try them out and discuss. One was within our budget, 2 slightly over, but he explained the differences, why it might be helpful to spend a little more and the possibility of using interest free credit to make it manageable, then left us to check them out. He was right, we bought one of the mattresses he recommended and which was a little over our intended budget using the interest free option. I was very happy with the service and with my purchase.

Friendly staff.

The assistant gave us time to wander around the store and bounce on beds for a reasonable time, then came and asked again what we were looking for. When we explained, he understood and took us again to 2 mattresses he thought would meet our needs. Both did, and we bought one of the 2 he had recommended. It was more expensive than we had intended to pay, so explained the interest free option available to us. Again, it was exactly what we were looking for and we took the finance. The process was easy, and delivery was arranged for a date that suited us. Very pleased with experience.

Rebecca was highly knowledgeable about the products especially the product that suited our needs. We were unsure what we needed on arrival but left completely satisfied that she had supported us in our purchase fully, which would meet our needs exactly. Very warm welcome on arrival, felt valued and she was genuinely interested in us and our purchase. Will definitely recommend this store again. Well done Rebecca you are a credit to Dreams.

STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT PRODUCTS AVAILABLE. WE WERE NOT RUSHED AND ABLE TO TAKE TIME IN DECIDING WHICH MATTRESS AND BED WERE BEST SUITED TO OUR NEEDS.

Excellent service from both Francis and David. They were friendly, professional and had excellent knowledge of products... Highly recommend this store
