David was the name of the gentleman in store (Paisley Store) who assisted us with what we were looking for and helped greatly with any questions we had. He was honest and down to earth and a credit to your company.

During our visit we had our 2 young children with us and all the staff were great at helping keep them entertained

Staff introduced themselves by name and explained how the various tester pillows should be used when testing the beds. Personally, this was exactly what I needed.

The store assistant Francis asked what kind of mattres I was looking for and showed me a wide range of mattresses. He explained different things such as actigel which I found very helpful.

We have wanted to purchase a Tempur mattress for quite some time. We purchased our bed maybe 5 yrs ago from Dreams in Auldhouse. The mattress has one side soft and the other firm, you can imagine how great it is to eventually being able to purchase a Tempur mattress

Rebecca and Derrick were very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival at the store. They explained how we should select the type of mattress we were looking for and then gave us time to make a decision. They were on hand if we required any advice or assistance but were not pushy.
