Your Team member Margaret was very good and spent enough time explaining to my son the options and then left us alone to decide

Got good service right away and very friendly staff. We also got what we were after on the same day.

Both members of staff that spoke to us were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. There was no "hard sell" and we were free to wander around the showroom to browse the various options, but knew that the staff were readily available to assist.

the sales assistant margaret was very knowlagable and helpfull .although the bed we were looking for was not in showroom she showed us onscreen the different colours and options.also liked the different options she offered on delivery days

David had a friendly approach,making us comfortable to ask him the many questions we had. He was very informative and empathetic. When placing our order,we were offered a tea or coffee which was gratefully received. all round excellent service.
