Sales staff very friendly and helpful let me browse around the store I did not feel under any pressure during my visit to the store, but still received the care and attention that I required. Would recommend Dreams to my friends and family.

We came in to look for a particular type of bed and got exactly what we were looking for after David helped us. We were given information on mattress types, then left to wander around the store looking at the choices. Once we had made a choice, David was very helpful.

Staff helpful but not overbearing or giving the hard sell. Our kids made very welcome and staff even offered distractions like colouring and a go on the demo wobbly ed to give us time to find the right bed!

The sales assistant Margaret was very helpful and knowledgable she knew lots about the products and was very helpful in helping us choose our bed. margaret was happy to help us in our serch and was very friendly. The shop had a very good range of beds, divans and frames. Also there was space to move around without being too confined.
