The gentleman who served (Francis) was attentive, knowledgeable and had a great demeanour, without coming across as a brash sales driven person, which can sometimes be the case. Bed selection was easy, good availability and suitable delivery time, as I work away from home.

Very quick service with a very knowledgeable sales assistant. Explained everything about the process and there was no pressure at any point

Purchased the item I wanted. Transaction was quick and easy. Only one complaint. Phoned store before visit to ask if able to pay half in cash and half on finance. Told not possible over the phone. When placing order in store was asked if I wanted to pay something towards purchase. Very disappointed that I was given incorrect information

Margaret was very professional,wasn't pushy,had a lot of knowledge about the Dreams products and did not force extras onto our sale,although she did offer them to us,ie pillows,mattress protective cover,longer warranty.

When we went in we were met by Margaret and she was very polite and respectful of our need to try some mattresses, she explained to me all about the mattresses​ and gave me ample time to try out some of them. VERY NICE LADY.👏

Salesman David was very instructive and knowledgeable especially when I referred to him that I had back problem. He went through all the different types of mattresses which would benefit me. He was very courteous and patient while we made our choice.

Sales assisstant extremely helpful. Very good at finding out what we were looking for and very good at offering advice and suggestions. Absolutely no pressure to buy. gave us lots of time to think and make up our minds.

Being the third shop we visited to potentially purchase a mattress, Rebecca was great in helping us choose exactly what we were looking for.

The store was well spaced out the member of staff was very helpful and explained the colour mats and what they meant We were given time to choose and try out the beds we felt were suitable for our needs we were not pressurised in anyway but guidance was given when we asked questions
