The sales assistant was very helpful and understanding of me needs. Very smooth running process.

We were welcomed into the store by a lady assistant, who asked if we needed help rather than force her attentions on us. We needed, and received explanations about the different types of mattresses, firmness types etc. We were then invited to try some basic mattress types so that the assistant could understand our preferences. Have so determined, the assistant showed us a variety of mattresses and gave us plenty of time with each one so that we could get the feel of each mattress - she even went to the bother of giving us pillows that suited our sleeping styles (on side). At no point was the assistant pushy for a sale. Having led us through a range of mattresses she stepped away to give us ample time to go back through what we had seen and tried, to try those again and to discuss them without her input - however, we did ask her to come back and give more detail. Having made our decision, the actual task of processing our order was efficient and trouble free. We did ask for extras without them being pressed on us. Overall - a very good first time experience of Dreams, and we already have recommended the company to friends.

The service was amazing, the store was well laid out, the tea was flowing, the purchase went smoothly. We were given a lot of assistance and options.

Staff were friendly and knowledgable about products they were selling . Told the salesman what I was looking for in my mattresse and he directed me to suitable ones . Paperwork was completed quickly and the day of my choice was given to me when I asked about delivery .
