We were welcomed as soon as we entered. We did not really know what type of bed we were after and were given sensible advice on what bed would suit us.

We were spoken to as soon as we entered the store and encouraged to try out the beds.We were also given time to consider our purchase before our order was placed efficiently.We were also given a great choice of payment options.

I was greeted by Margaret who was very welcoming & friendly. She gave me some information on different types of beds then left me to have a look about the shop without being too intrusive. I had my 3 young children with me whom Margaret was very attentive to aswell. I was in the shop for an hour & have to say that my experience was all positive as enjoyed my look about & was given enough information to be able to buy a bed that fitted my needs. Thank you
