We were served by David who was friendly and approachable. He was very knowledgeable about the mattress we were interested in. We were unsure if we wanted to spend that amount on a mattress so we said to him we would go away to think about it, he said that was fine, he wasn't pushy which we liked. We went to another store but decided to go back to David and purchase the mattress.

This is the second time we have bought from Dreams and it was Francis again who served us. As usual his service was second to nothing. Very helpful and his knowledge of the products was brilliant ten out of ten.

Very friendly staff on entry and helpful straightaway to point us in the direction we wanted, knew all the information we asked for. Layout was easy to get about and try beds. Provided our child with a drink who wasn't feeling too well & provided a colour in. Never felt pressurised at any point to buy.

We dealt with Francis in the Abbotsinch Retail Park in Paisley, and he was absolutely brilliant. He managed to get us a great deal on an Ottoman Divan and Mattress set, and threw in a headboard at a reduced clearance price which was an unexpected addition. We had problems due to our address not being recognised but when we returned to the store the following day, he was helpful, got everything sorted, and even arranged free Saturday delivery for us (as well as a free pack of 4 pillows) because we'd had to return to buy our products. Really looking forward to getting our items now.

Your assistant, David was particularly helpful. He explained the different types of mattresses to mum and myself, offered tea or coffee and was very helpful supporting mum to choose the right mattress. Mum has a disability so testing different mattresses is a problem.
