Representative explained the colour coding and it's meaning, then left us alone to browse, asked later if we were managing ok, then gave advice following our questions.

On arrival at the store we were met by sales assistant Stephen who politely asked if we wanted any advice which we accepted .We already had an idea of exactly what we were after and with Stephen's help we were soon able to place our order.

We looked in another store where the salesperson hovered around us all the time, leaving us unable to have a private discussion. No such problem at Dreams! The salesperson always came over when asked, offered advice, answered any queries, then moved far enough away that we could talk in private.
