David, Dreams colleague was very helpful explaining different types of mattresses. Getting us to try them out and explaining differences and costs. Made us feel comfortable and no pressure to buy the more expensive item though after deliberation and several lay downs this was the option we chose.

Derrick was very helpful and friendly. He was very good at explaining the products, and was very patient throughout the purchase.

The sales person was very friendly and happy to spend time with us whilst we made our choice

We were met by Francis who displayed a very good knowledge of the products and in particular the items we eventually chose. The salesman was not pushy but just guided us through the purchase alternatives in a very friendly manner. An absolute pleasure to visit your store

Margaret listened to our requirements and got us the bed we wanted. It will also be delivered when we need it. Always bought from Dreams and probably always will.

I was assisted by the lady called Margaret. I feel that she have me her undivided attention although she was having a spring clean when I entered the store. She was lovely, friendly and informative. I felt relaxed when I was shopping it was a good experience that I kept putting off. Thanks.
