Very good service

I was given the opportunity to browse at my leisure. Although staff did approach and ask if I needed assistance, they did not come across as 'pushy'. When I did ask for assistance the staff member was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. Again, it did not come across to ne that he was trying to sell me more expensive or wider products which I did not really want. In effect he let me just browse and make my own decision, with support and guidance from him.

Pleasant, helpful assistant. No pressure A big plus is the fact that old beds and mattresses are taken away, and the mattresses recycled

Salesman (Francis) was excellent...knew his stuff and recommended the perfect bed without being pushy. He also recommended an excellent cool pillow for a very menopausal woman which is already proving a hit!!

David was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. he showed us plenty of options and we were given delicious coffee!

The assistant was very helpful and explained the differences in mattresses. We did not feel rushed at all and the delivery time was good. The delivery men were also helpful and phoned me to let me know of their progress.

David the assistant was very helpful and the mattress we chose having tried several was a 50% reduction till the end of the day so that was good value compared to any others we had tried in other stores.

The young girl that helped us was fantastic. Margaret made us feel comfortable and relaxed so she is in the right job. She advised us on the different mattresses and put us into a relaxation room to show us the fancy Tempur range. Although we never purchased one of them it was nice. She made us a nice cup of tea then she sorted all the paperwork out for us. Thank you for your help. A great asset to your company.
