I was very satisfied with my experience in Dreams. The lady who served us Rebecca was great - really friendly and helpful.

Picking a mattress was easier than we thought it would be due to the help we received

From entering the store we were greeted by Rebecca one of the floor assistants which helped us through the choice of mattresses, we found the tempur mattress to be our choice which Rebecca gave us full knowledge of the product which greatly helped in the eventual purchase of the mattress, other staff were very attentive in even offering a coffee while we went through the finance with Rebecca , all in all the visit was very pleasant and would not hesitate to recommend Dreams ,great customer service ......thankyou.

The sales assistant Francis was very welcoming and friendly. The process was very quick and easy and I was able to place my order straight away with no fuss. Francis also explained the great bed cover service plan which I added onto my purchase

I recently purchased a bedroom set in the Paisley abbotsinch branch. The gentleman that assisted my fiancée and I was extremely helpful. I really felt at ease with Francis. He maintained a professional demeaner and yet I felt no pressure to buy the products. His calming manner made the process feel easy. Would definitely recommend dreams and particularly Francis because of his excellent customer service.

Margaret the assistance was very knowledgable about the products. I have benn looking for a mattress for a while and no one had told me that it is a special mattress you need for an adjustable bed. She explained averything in great detail down to the difference in length of e mattress due to it bending. She was also very knowledgable about the various pillows that I aske about and let me try several ones.

Courteous friendly staff with great knowledge of the products and in no rush to move us on. Allowed us to go at our own pace and was very patient with us testing matresses and beds etc. Showed us the tempur video display show which was very helpful.

WE FOUND WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR QUICKLY AND ASSISTANCE WAS ON HAND QUICKLY
