Good customer service and friendly staff

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams because the customer service was first class.Your colleague David was very helpful with everything I wanted to know and explained a lot about each product. He asked me if I woul like to try the Tempur relaxation room which I am glad I took him up on his offer. Choosing a new bed was very important to me as last year I had to have back surgery so I really needed to get the bed that suited, going to Dreams was definitely the right choice as your staff definitely know their business.

The sofa bed on display was exactly what we required both in style & colour. Margaret was first class in dealing with our sale. Our visit was an excellent experience in what customers should expect.

Margaret was fantastic with our children and made us feel really comfortable whilst making our decision.

The worker was helpful and patient, without being 'pushy'.
