Rebecca was very friendly and was giving advice on what would look best in our home. We didnt feel rushed or forced into buying anything. She was very helpful.

Wide range of beds, headboards and mattresses to choose from. Stephen our sales person was very knowledgeable and gave us time to make a decision on our purchase. A very relaxed atmosphere with no feeling of being under pressure to buy which made for a really good shopping experience.

Staff very helpful and took a lot of time to ensure we were considering all options.

The staff member Francis was professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

From the time of entering store and being shown the product we wished to purchase our assistant couldn't have been more helpful explained everything to us before us buying, have always found dreamland to be an excellent place for beds etc.

I did not feel under pressure to buy and was given plenty of choice and help during my visit to the store.

I was served by both Derrick and David in the store in Paisley and I was very happy with their customer service. They were very helpful and understanding of my needs. The only thing I was dissatisfied about was that the idem I ordered (Dalamere King Size mattress) was out of stock. I had been in 2 weeks earlier to ask the delivery time on this mattress and at that time it was 1 week. Derrick explained that the mattress has been popular and the wait (until the 22nd of March) was due to this idem being out of stock. We move into a new house on the 1st of March so I was disappointed we have to wait this long however this is the mattress we liked best so will we wait.
