Friendly and knowledgeable staff, not pressurising, just helpful and down to earth.

It was very refreshing to find a sales assistant very knowledgeable in the products he was selling,and very courteous in his manner.

We had excellent customer service. The staff member we spoke to and who processed our order at the store (Stephen at Dreams Abbotsinch) was great, friendly, understanding and very willing to listen to our needs with respect to the kind of product we were looking for and offered solutions and advice in an impartial manner without pressuring us into purchasing a particular product.

First class service

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams as I knew I was getting the very best price for the items I was purchasing. We were made to feel very welcome in the store by an employee called Margaret who was very informative and friendly but at the same time she wasn't trying to force us to buy, which really improves your experience when you are trying to find the right product. Overall I left the store having had a very positive experience and I will be recommending Dreams to my family and friends.
