Margaret the assistant was fantastic. Not too pushy as a stereotypical salesperson who chases you round the showroom. She welcomed us into the shop explained the layout and about the different type of mattresses then left us to browse giving us breathing space. She was on hand when we needed questions answered, I felt she was really passionate about getting the right mattress just for us. She listened to our specific requirements and we narrowed it down to a few before choosing the right one. She was patiant and professional.

Margaret at the abbotsinch store was really friendly, helpful and explained the products. She matched the base of a different bed and the matress to the headboard for us and was overall very helpful.

The lady that help us was very pleasant listened to what we were looking for & help us choose a bed that suit our requirements . So thank you very much for all your help nice to go into a shop & find someone who really listens to what u want then left us to make us our minds . She said that if we needed anymore assistance she would be happy to help . Went to another shop but came straight back as ur assisstance new het stuff .

Derrick was a fantastic help for us. This was our first big purchase on a new bed and he made the whole process extremely easy for us. He kept us well informed about the different types of mattress and bed bases. I was really pleased that he did not attempt any "pressure sales" tactics, but the whole time remained an exemplary salesman. We brought our young daughter with us and he made us all feel comfortable in the store, remaining patient and allowing us plenty time to make a decision on our purchase. I would say Derrick is one of the best salesmen we have ever interacted with. Through every point of the visit he explained in clear detail the benefits of each product. We eventually settled on a sale, and he placed great emphasis on the customer care following the sale, which gave us great confidence to shop with Dreams in the future. We would highly recommend this store to any of our family or friends.

Helpful staff, good knowledge of produts

The Dreams staff (Margaret) was very knowledgeable about the bed and advised us on what was best for us .She got our needs spot on and we are very satisfied with the bed we bought .She also advised on the 40 night exchange mattress if we were not completely satisfied and also the insurance which we accepted.

We walked into Dreams and we walked very Happy . Thank you The Lund's.
