Courteous, professional staff - helpful guidance given based on my needs. Encouraged to 'try' bed - was a sensible thing to do!

Dreams listened to what customer wanted and done everything they could to acheive this. They were also friendly and welcoming offering tea,coffee and even some biscuits.

David was fantastic through my full experience as a Dreams customer.

Fast friendly service. Was offered tea and coffee by the sales assistant who also knew the products on offer and suggested alternatives.

Francis pointed out the different options, then left us alone to try beds out. When we needed help he offered it, but he gave us the time and space to make our decisions. He didn't push us into a decision, or get annoying, which sales people often do. He also gave us coffee and some very superior biscuits while he sorted out the paperwork.

Friendly service with no pressure. Quality and price very good. Product knowledge excellent.

The shop was well laid out, clean and welcoming. It was easy to look at products and try mattresses without too much hassling my a sales advisor. When appropriate a team member helped and was very friendly, polite and attentive to my needs.

David greeted us at the door although we knew what we where looking for he made us feel comfortable about our purchase and at no time did we feel rushed or confused about or purchase H gave us plenty of options and discussed with us all the technical detail without any jargon about our purchase
