I was left to browse as I had requested when I arrived and was given time to select the mattress I wanted. I was then served by David who was very friendly, polite and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

The gentelman who greeted me was very pleasant and chatted to me establishing what i was looking for and getting an idea of what might be the best type of bed/mattress for my needs given I have arthritis and suffer a lot of joint pain. He then passed me on to Francis who assisted for the rest of the visit who was extremely helpful and patient as I tried several different Therapur Actigel mattresses to see what suited me best giving information on the different number of springs, gel layers etc until I was happy I was choosing the most comfortable bed for me. I didn't actually intend to buy the bed on this visit, this was the first place I had looked and intended to shop around, but was impressed with the service and the product so went ahead and bought it there and then.

Francis was very knowledgeable about the products and we felt we could trust his advice

Staff were very helpful, staff know the products they are selling and were very helpful but not pushy

Salesperson (Rebecca) was very helpful and helped us to identify where we could make a saving with our purchase. Very friendly overall and quite quick considering the cost and size of the item (compared to buying a mobile which can take hours!)
