Stephen approached us as soon as we got in and he was very helpful a well as knowing all about his products he asked lots of questions and then, he listened to the answers to enable him to make the right suggestions. I felt I had a lot of options which is very important to me, in that Stephen helped us narrow it down to a few and then we could choose. He has a very nice approach not pushy at all and I believed he knew his stuff! Thanks

Francis who served us was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He also gave us time and space on our own to think and discuss our purchase before helping us complete the purchase. We returned to the store the following day to change the colour of the bed we had ordered. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The layout of the store and the colour codes for the different types of mattresses made it easy for us to shop and narrow down the type we were looking for. The sales assistant, Rebecca, was highly approachable and knowledgeable and took the time to help us make the right choice of mattress for our needs without pressuring us.

The advisor Rebecca was very helpful she had gave good information on the product and told me it was a new recent item they had received in store. She then went on to tell me how her brother owned the same bed and how it looked. She couldn't have made the experience any easier for me, I work in sales myself and she followed a great procedure hosting for me, pulling the chair out to have a seat and said there was tea and coffee and biscuits available if I'd like one. It made me feel like my purchase was extra special and that she really cared about the sale as if it was her making it.

We were looking around to see what bed suited us the best. I asked Stephen one of your employees for some assistance, Stephen was very friendly, helpful and his knowledge was very impressive. He answered any questions we had and made the experience easy for us. We never felt under ant pressure to purchase our item, when we decided on which item to buy, we spoke to Stephen again who took us through the whole transaction with ease.
