Really good service,really good deal on the 2 beds and 2 mattress and Rebecca that served us was really helpful and had a very good knowledge

I walked into the dreams store and was not bombarded at the door to see what I needed help with which was very good. Francis was really easy to talk to and was knowledgeable on the product, He also was polite in seeing if we needed a drink. I picked the perfect bed for me and Francis sorted out the money side very quickly. I was really happy with my purchase at dreams I couldn't of had a better experience. cheers

David the sales rip was so help full in getting me around the store and the info he give was of grait help in me picking the right sort of head rest , bed frame and mattres that was the 4th bed store we had bean in in the past weeks and the only store that was willing to help some one with mobilty truble. and for that and his time and effort with use we got our full bed in that store that day.

Workers in the shop really helpfull new what they were talking about and which I liked no pressure put on myself and my wife excellent service really friendly and helpfull felt very comfortable

Rebecca was very helpful, informative and pleasant. I do not like a 'hard sell' and would have left the store if this was the attitude adopted. We are repeat customers and always go to Dreams for our beds as the staff are well trained and courteous.
