Everyone working in the store was very attentive and made sure I was ok. I was helped in store by Margret. She was really helpful: explaining the different types of mattresses to me & left me alone to try some out for myself. Once I had figured out the kind I liked she came back to show me the ones like it in the showroom and let me take my time deciding which one I would get. She didn't pressure me at all and overall it was a really great shopping experience. I left with what I hope will be a mattress that suits me and without a bad word to say about my time in store.

Margaret helped us find the right mattress. Her product knowledge was very good and her service was very friendly and not at all pushy.

The customer assistant Stephen was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products there was a very relaxed attitude and no hard sell which was very pleasant.

I visited this store twice and purchased my mattress on the second visit. I was assisted both times by the same gentleman (I didn't get his name) and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He answered every one of my questions, and there was absolutely no pressure to "close the sale". It was because of his helpfulness that I returned to place my order. The gentleman who actually processed the order for me, Stephen, was also helpful and efficient. All together this was my first experience with Dreams, and I will absolutely be returning for future purchases.

Sales assistant David was very helpful and knowledgeable. Able to assist with other customers at the same time, enabling us to take our time without feeling neglected.

The exact mattress we were looking for was in Store meaning we were able to try it first. Staff were also very helpful.

Due to the number of variations in mattresses, we were unsure of what would be the best for us. After we had tried every mattress in store and some for a fourth time, an excellent customer service advisor (Margaret) then explained all the differences in our wide selection. With her help we were able to narrow our selection down to two different mattresses. The final decision was difficult, but after another discussion with Margaret we decided on a TheraPur Affinity mattress with traditional pocket springs with an ActiGel layer for optimum support and comfort. Margaret also explained about the ActiGel layer providing optimum aeration and thermo regulation that would help to control your body temperature due to its open cell structure. We were really impressed by the knowledge of the advisor.
