Very friendly and helpful staff. would definitely return based on the good customer service. The only reason I gave a 9 to return was I would always firstly look around for best value.

The shop was very busy, but there was plenty of staff available to help. The gentleman who served us was very patient , we had 3 young kids with us. There was water and biscuits for the kids to keep them happy!

I expected major sales pressure as soon as I walked in the store. To be honest I was dreading it. What a totally different experience I got from what I expected. The staff were lovely they really engaged with me. I didn't feel under pressure at any time. I was given information about the products, left to browse I was even offered a hot drink. The sales girl was not pushy while she was explaining different products and services. Fantastic experience. I will definitely be recommending Dreams.
