From the minute we stepped into the shop in Paisly we were assisted in a friendly helpful manner by Margaret who was knowledgable on all products we asked about. We were shown around the various options we were looking at and given plenty of time on our own to feel comfortable about our purchase. I could not rate our experience highly enough and will most likely return to this showroom for future purchases.

We recieved a great service and experience from the staff who were welcoming, friendly and full off knowledge of the products. We were also very thankful and impressed with the delivery service as it was the week leading up to Christmas we got a great delivery date that we could not get online Dreams.

The staff member who assisted us was very friendly and helpful and explained the difference in mattresses we were looking at.

Margaret went out of her way to be helpful, she was great and helped us save a further £124 on our order. Very friendly and Knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Thanks Margaret.

We were served by a very polite & well mannered young girl called Margaret. She was really helpfull and listened to what we needed and explained the differences with all the mattresses and helped us get the perfect one for us. She even made us a cup of tea. Fantastic service would highly recommend this shop. Margaret is a credit to your company.

We just went in for a new mattress but were unsure about new technology in beds. David Blessing, while not being the least bit overbearing, was patiently informative and provided us with, what we hope and trust will prove to be, excellent advice. Firstly the new generation of Tempura with its attendant advantages, then subtly introducing us to a 'soft' tempura mattress via the 'electric bed', with its accompanying sales video promotion. That proved to be a turning point in our shopping agenda. Mr Blessing was very accommodating in explaining and arranging access to the technicalities of the bed and then almost painlessly closing the purchase deal.

Staff member knowledgeable, unintrusive and helpful. Will certainly use store again.
