Paula who attended to me could not have been more helpful and explained everything that I needed to help me make a decision.

Needed a new bed urgently due to sister-in-laws medical probems due to dementia. Spoke to an assistant over the phone (Abbotsinch, Paisley) who was extremely helpful and kind. Sale arranged quickly and very quick delivery. Excellent email communication from the company and delivery was bang-on when they said it would be. The guys delivering the bed were also extremly helpful to my stressed-out niece. First class service. Well done all concerned.

Safely laid out in accordance with Government guidelines for COVID 19. Satisfied with arrangements made for my well-being The two female members of staff were excellent and more importantly, friendly and put me at ease. I came away feeling extremely satisfied that they wanted to make sure my customer experience was enjoyable and it was. I had just had a very negative experience earlier from another company leaving me without a bed delivered on the agreed date! My husband is in hospital having suffered a stroke and they have caused me high levels of stress! Thank you ladies at Dreams helping to ease my mind. The bed arrives on the 13th and confirmed already. I look forward to it. Margaret Cumming

Francis was very helpful and made us feel really welcome aswell as explaining differences in bed types as I have slipped discs in back 👌🏻😃

It was quick and easy as I found exactly what I was looking for.

Acknowledged as soon as I walked in the store. Told the advisor what I wanted and he took me through a few options. I asked if there were any display items for sale and he showed me the 3 available choices. Decided on one and great value for money.

Kim was very helpful pleasant and knowledgable and not at all pushy.

Kim, who assisted us, provided helpful information and ideas, but also allowed us time to explore and discuss between ourselves. There were lots of great options to choose from and we never felt rushed or pressured to decide.

Margaret looked after us really well in store. She had fantastic knowledge of the product and made sure we tried out all options before we made the decision… we opted for the Tempur Mattress which we are so looking forward to trying.. The store was exceptionally clean, and they offered us water as the weather was very muggy outside and it was warm in store. It was a really enjoyable experience. we were also helped by Mark, the store manager but it was Margaret who dealt with us throughout.. Very impressed
