I went to store to view TV bed frame . I wanted to hear the speakers working and the staff charged a Bluetooth device for me to listen, they were also very helpful when placing my order as I happened to mention that online was only 18 pound to remove old bed frame and free build by delivery team .the staff checked this out online and price matched without no problems . This was helpful as I would have to have went home and filled in forms ect. I recently purchased a temper mattress from this store and have always experienced a friendly welcoming atmosphere with no push to buy or sell . They can't be more helpful. Only thing that would have my experience better would have been not to have to ask for speaker to be played , surely the display model should be fully functional .

The Salesperson, Margaret greeted me politely when I entered the store. She showed me the Wakefield Mattress that I had looked at online, and suggested that I lie on it to ensure it met my needs. She then suggested that I looked at another, and was helpful in me making my original decision.

Our customer advisor, Francis was very patient and very helpful. He allowed us time to walk through the store without any pressure and was also on hand to answer our questions and provide solutions for both myself and husband.

Staff were very helpful and explained everything to me about the bed the chaps name was Francis We will be going back to purchase a mattress soon for my sons bed Great service from your team you should be proud of them

Knowledge sales staff who were not pushy, passed on information and offered guidance but also gave us room and time to discuss.

We came into the Paisley store a few months ago and saw Francis. At that time, Francis provided us with in depth knowledge and allowed us to mull over a potential purchase. We asked questions and he provided us with in depth knowledge. When we returned on the 20/11/16 he remembered us and asked us if our needs were still the same. Francis then asked us to try the beds again just to be sure before we purchased. I tried a lot of beds. My husband has a painful neck and he showed us the Cloud Pillows - already this has helped my husband's neck. The duvet is amazing, in fact Francis knowledge and expertise has changed our sleeping experience. We simply cannot thank him enough. Francis has an expert way of connecting with customers and making them feel totally relaxed. I would personally recommend to my friends to ask for Francis when in store. Thanks Francisx
