We were highly satisfied as Francis was very helpful as it was our first time buying our own bed! He explained why we should not just dive in a get a king size bed when really it won't fit in the room which shows he cares for his customers rather than just trying to sell the most expensive product.

Salesman, being intent on making a sale , gave his full sales pitch clear and concise.

A very knowledgeable assistant who advised us on the type of bed we would be most comfortable in.

I called the Store on the 30th to discuss with them as my son is disabled and shopping is a very difficult situation. He was very understanding and welcomed him to the store and said there would be no problems. We went on the 31st Oct and both Stephen and Derrick welcomed us into the store. They offered us Tea/Coffee/ Halloween sweets for my son which he loved, he also loved the customer lift and Stephen/Derrick were so understanding to his needs. Moving to their product knowledge, Derrick went through the TV Bed and is extremely knowledgeable and he passed us over to Stephen for the mattress which i thought was great - like a team work - we ended up going with the Tempur Mattress, and they managed to up-sell us on the Bedside table, Insurance, Mat Protectors and also all Pillows and covers. I was seriously impressed working in Sales they weren't pushy, forceful or trying to add more. It flowed well and i was very impressed. i felt comfortable sitting waiting on the fiance. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to return to the store and would highly recommend anyone to use Dreams and especially the paisley Abbottsinch. They went above & beyond the call of duty!Great Work!

The staff members were very friendly and efficient and offered us a cup of coffee. We thought the choice of mattresses and bedding was very good and also we loved the fact that as long as we look after the mattress, if we find it unsuitable then we can return it within the specified time. We thought you could not get a better deal than that.

We came in just to have a look at what mattresses and bed frames were available and just to have a browse. We were greeted by Stephen who showed us around and gave us his opinion on what we might prefer. He must have read us like a book because the products he showed us, were absolutely perfect and just what we were looking for. Stephen informed us of all of the different options we could have, from the colour of the divan to the bed guarantees and mattress trials. Everything was explained in detail and I actually had no questions since he had already answered them as he went. He was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Stephen is a credit to the Paisley Dreams Store.

Got to see the bed I wanted out on display rather than looking at it online it was just what I wanted

Assistant David and Manager Derrick were superb in their customer service, explaining through the differences in products we were looking at and made the whole buying experience much more easier

Your salesperson gave a good explanation of the different mattresses that were available and showed us the colour coding, which had not been explained during a previous visit. This made picking our bed much quicker than just trying out all the different mattresses!!! He also shared that he uses your products and that he is very happy with his purchase.
